Justin has experience spanning complex commercial disputes, appellate advocacy, and government enforcement actions.

Justin Fishman has represented clients in high-stakes government-facing disputes, drafted dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and prepared witnesses for federal trials. His experience spans antitrust, administrative, environmental, constitutional, and international law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mark J. Bennett of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Justin graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was a notes editor for the Harvard Law Review and a finalist in the Ames Moot Court competition.
