Introduction
Judith has more than 20 years of e-discovery experience working on complex civil litigation and corporate matters.
Judith Davis performs electronic document review analyzing documents for responsiveness, quality control, privilege, and work product for litigation preparation using RelativityOne and DISCO. Her experience includes matters such as aviation, antitrust litigation, patent litigation, product liability, complex trust litigation (including the Trust Fiduciary Exemption), second requests by the DOJ, Medicare fraud, the Anti-Kickback Statute, health insurance fraud, and environmental issues, as well as contract disputes and internal and governmental investigations. Additionally, Judith is well versed in reviewing documents for export control, HIPAA-protected health information, and personally identifiable information, redacting these documents for privacy. She is experienced in privilege review, privilege redactions, and privilege logs.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Judith worked at a major Chicago law firm, focusing on e-discovery and managing large-scale document reviews. She chaired the committee for Race Judicata, an annual 5K event benefiting Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, and was honored with the Volunteer of the Year Award for her work with the Center for Disability and Elder Law in Cook County, Illinois.
