Jonathan Turner is a partner in our projects practice

Jonathan has spent over 20 years advising on all aspects of infrastructure projects and transactions. He has regularly advised a full spectrum of stakeholders and project participants across a range of asset classes, including owners, developers, sponsors, public agencies, funders, manufacturers, contractors and operators, on a wide range of project delivery structures and alternative delivery models, P3s, concessions, franchises, leases, and general commercial matters.

Jonathan is admitted to the California State Bar and qualified in England & Wales.

 

  • Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority | Advising in relation to multiple aspects of its Commuter Rail network.
  • Austin Transit Partnership | ongoing | Advising on its program to develop a new light rail system for the City of Austin.
  • Port Authority of New York and New Jersey | Advising on the procurement for the design, build, operations and maintenance of the new Airtrain at Newark Liberty International Airport.
  • Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority | Advising in relation to its alternative delivery procurements, including in relation to its Zero Emission Bus program.
  • California High Speed Rail Authority (as a subcontractor to KPMG) | Advising to provide strategic advice on the California HSR project.
  • Port of Long Beach | Advising in relation to its Pier Wind terminal development project.
  • A global hyperscaler | Advising in relation to its national fiber rollout and O&M arrangements.
  • Docklands Light Railway | Advising on its major commercial contracts for over a decade, including in connection with three P3 network expansion projects, involving a new tunnel under the River Thames and a new extension to Stratford International, and multiple technology upgrades and vehicle procurements.
  • Funders on the Intercity Express Program (Phases 1 and 2) | Advising one of the largest P3 projects globally involving the finance, construction, design and implementation of two new rolling stock fleets.
  • Crossrail | Advising one of the largest transit and infrastructure projects in Europe on numerous aspects of its high frequency rail program.
