Jonathan has a track record of guiding clients through complex capital markets transactions.
Jonathan Parry is a partner in our Corporate group in London. He has more than 25 years' experience and focuses on equity capital markets transactions on the London Stock Exchange and other international exchanges, including IPOs, rights issues, placings and accelerated book-builds, acting for both issuers and investment banks.
He spent 18 months on secondment to the UK Listing Authority and is included in the Hall of Fame for UK ECM in the Legal 500.
