Jonathan Bloom brings more than two decades of experience spanning law, finance, and strategic advisory work, with a particular focus on capital markets, private equity, private credit, restructuring, and complex institutional transactions. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, he founded advisory platforms serving sophisticated clients across legal services, strategic advisory, and capital solutions.
Jonathan began his career as a finance lawyer representing investment banks, financial sponsors, and institutional investors in leveraged finance and high-yield transactions, later expanding his focus to restructuring and special situations matters following the global financial crisis. His experience across both institutional and founder-led environments provides a distinctive perspective on governance, growth, risk, and strategic alignment.
