Jody's estate planning practice includes the creation of revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, as well as associated documents to assist with entity formation, wealth transfer, and asset protection. 

Jody also represents private and professional fiduciaries and beneficiaries throughout the trust administration process, including preparation of trust accountings and estate tax returns.
