Jill B. Louis is a trusted adviser to public and private companies, boards of directors, and leading investors on complex M&As, strategic transactions, and governance matters. Known for her pragmatic judgment and deal leadership, Jill partners with executives and boards to navigate high-stakes decisions that shape enterprise value and long-term strategy.  

She has experience in infrastructure, multilocation retail, transportation, manufacturing, and industrial sector matters.  

Complementing her experience in private practice, Jill served as general counsel for a large private equity portfolio company with more than $1 billion in annual revenue, operating heavy-duty parts distribution and service locations across 45 states. Additionally, she was general counsel for a multinational shared workspace company with $600 million in revenue that operates both owned and franchised locations across the globe. Jill led the transactions group for the retail operating company of a global courier delivery service for over a decade, handling commercial and technology transactions in North America and Asia and launching the same-day transportation delivery service. 

Deeply engaged in her community, Jill chairs the board of directors of AT&T Performing Arts Center and serves on the board of trustees of the Communities Foundation of Texas. 

She is co-host of the entrepreneur-focused podcast “Leveling Up With Gary and Jill.”
