Introduction

Jessica litigates high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts for companies, public interest groups, and individuals across a wide range of practice areas.

Jessica Frenkel has experience litigating a broad range of disputes, including those involving contract claims, business torts, and voting rights claims. 

Jessica represents clients in time-sensitive, complex matters. She has handled disputes throughout the entire litigation process, from developing case strategy to drafting dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and presenting cases at trial. Jessica was recently part of two victorious trial teams litigating voting rights claims in Arkansas and Montana. 

Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a death row inmate in his federal habeas appeal, as well as a family of four in complex immigration proceedings.
