Knowledgeable in general real estate, she advises clients on all sides of transactions and across different types of transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, and local counsel work for real estate financing deals. Her clients include purchasers, sellers, brokers, lenders, landlords, and tenants. 

 

Jennifer regularly advises national tenants on due diligence and leasing issues, providing practical guidance that helps clients identify risks, assess business considerations, and complete transactions efficiently. She also assists commercial landlords with drafting lease documentation; assignments; subordination; non-disturbance; and attornment agreements, renewals, licenses, and property sales. 

Jennifer helps clients with pre-litigation disputes arising from real estate transactions, including matters involving purchase and sale agreements, home ownership, and leasing disputes. She advises residential landlords on compliance with evolving local, state, and federal regulations, helping them address legal obligations with precision and sound judgment.
