Jennifer Cappa is a regional business director at Ashurst Perkins Coie, where she oversees business operations and strategic management initiatives across the firm’s California, Texas, Phoenix, and Denver offices with direct oversight of the Palo Alto, Los Angeles, and San Diego offices. With 25 years at the firm, Jennifer brings extensive experience in legal office administration, operations management, and strategic leadership within professional services environments.

Jennifer manages the day-to-day business operations of multiple offices, including facilities management, budgeting, financial oversight, space planning, vendor relations, employee engagement, and operational planning. She works closely with lawyers, business professionals, and firm leadership to ensure efficient office operations, exceptional client service, and alignment with firmwide initiatives and goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer served as an office manager at a patent law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in office administration, team management, and client service.
