Jeff assists with all aspects of discovery across diverse practice areas.
Jeffrey Williams is a discovery attorney in the firm's NewLaw practice. He has practiced law for more than 38 years in a wide range of legal environments and practice areas, including criminal defense, government investigations, IP, insurance, environmental, labor and employment, aerospace, construction, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in discovery practice, document review, and research and analysis, including quality control and privilege review. In his previous positions, Jeff directed all aspects of discovery, including negotiating production requests and responses; drafting subpoenas, interrogatories, and requests for production; formulating eDiscovery; and managing review teams.
