With a strong background in complex litigation and regulatory investigations, Jeanette helps clients with complex litigation and regulatory investigations.
Jeanette L. Ramirez has experience in contract disputes, patent infringement litigation, and internal corporate investigations. She has handled investigations by the DOJ, SEC, and FTC. Jeanette is skilled in using e-discovery platforms, including Relativity, DISCO, and Exterro. Her experience includes conducting early case assessments and managing privilege logs.
Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Jeanette gained experience in litigation as a criminal defense lawyer and prosecutor, trying both jury and bench trials.
Jeanette maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a client before the Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board.
