Introduction
Jean-Louis is known for his commercially sound advice on complex power and infrastructure projects and his ability to expedite groundbreaking transactions.
Jean-Louis Neves Mandelli has over 15 years of experience advising sponsors and lenders on the development and financings of conventional power, renewable power, oil and gas and infrastructure projects internationally, with a focus on first in country and first in kind cross-border transactions, as well as on multi-sourced financings involving ECAs and DFIs.
He has particular experience in LNG-to-power large-scale renewable energy and energy transition transactions.
He has advised on projects across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and South America.
Jean-Louis is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. He is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Italian and conducts business in all four languages.
