Jean Hadley has held legal recruiting management roles for more than 15 years, working with firms to identify lateral attorney talent. She brings her former experience as a practicing lawyer to her current role, where she works with firm management to implement an effective lateral hiring platform, including integration and retention plans for associate hires.
