James Wang

James Wang has experience assisting global clients with responding to domestic and foreign law enforcement requests for information through processing search warrants, subpoenas, and other legal process, as well as through direct outreach to law enforcement. In his most recent secondment, James reviewed and responded to client escalations regarding law enforcement requests on topics relating to validity, scope, and quality control. He also worked closely with client teams to recommend improvements to the client's law enforcement request response procedures and policies. 

In addition, James provides document review, quality control, deposition preparation, and privilege log preparation services for commercial litigation matters and internal investigations, using e-discovery tools such as Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron.
