Overview
Introduction
Jim Lisbakken focused his practice on business transactions, licensing, and joint ventures and corporations, with particular emphasis on the life sciences and technology industries. Prior to Jim’s retirement, he served as outside counsel to boards of directors of public and private companies and advised clients on numerous strategic alliances, technology agreements, financing transactions, acquisitions, and spinouts.
