Jackie Wilcox advises public and private companies, private equity sponsors, family offices, and management teams in connection with domestic and cross-border M&As, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. Her work spans a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, consumer products, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
