Jacob R. Porter

Jacob R. Porter previously served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where he handled appellate-level IP matters. His experience extends across multiple jurisdictions, including clerkships at the U.S. District Courts for the Western Districts of Texas and Wisconsin and the Supreme Court of Texas.

Before clerking in federal courts, Jacob focused on IP and complex civil litigation. He represented clients in patent and trademark cases in federal courts and administrative tribunals. He contributed to litigation strategies addressing challenges in electronics, medical devices, and telecommunications standards.
