Jacob has around 15 years' experience of leading domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, with a focus on advising private equity sponsors and other financial investors across the lifecycle.

Jacob Gold advises in relation to private equity, growth and venture capital and GP stakes and secondaries. 

His sector experience is diverse, but he has particularly strong experience in regulated M&A (financial services and infrastructure) and technology. 

His practice covers the full spectrum of corporate advice including large and mid-cap M&A; auctions; joint ventures; fundraisings and investments; strategic partnerships; restructuring; and C-suite advice to boards and senior executives.
