Introduction
Sue advises companies on a broad range of corporate governance, SEC disclosure, and executive and equity-based compensation issues.
Sue Morgan counsels public companies on SEC reporting, proxy disclosures, and executive and equity-based compensation. She also advises companies and their insiders on Section 16, Rule 144, and insider trading compliance and reporting.
Sue is an author of the Executive Compensation and Disclosure Handbook and a contributing author of The Public Company Handbook: A Corporate Governance and Disclosure Guide for Directors and Executives.
