Isabelle Lentz is a partner in our corporate practice, focusing on Luxembourg corporate law, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, and banking law. Isabelle regularly advises private equity and asset management clients on the establishment of alternative investment funds, related regulatory matters, acquisition and financing structures, and investments.

Isabelle also counsels major international corporations on general corporate affairs, migrations, mergers, and cross-border transactions. Her practice encompasses joint ventures, corporate restructurings, reorganizations, and financings.

Isabelle speaks English, German, French, and Luxembourgish. She is qualified in Luxembourg and is a Registered European Lawyer in England and Wales.
