Introduction
Irene represents clients across various industries with a focus on aircraft manufacturers and wineries involved in personal injury actions and in supplier and customer disputes.
Irene Motles advises clients on managing sensitive internal investigations and private arbitrations. She also counsels manufacturer clients on the adequacy of their warnings and warranties. In addition, Irene has defended financial services clients in individual and class actions alleging bad faith and other sales practice violations and abuses of federal securities laws.
