Huiyeon’s practise spans a broad range of cross-border M&A, real estate, and investment fund matters, with a particular focus on advising Korean clients on complex international transactions. With professional experience in both the United States and Korea, she brings a nuanced understanding of global deal dynamics and regulatory landscapes. Huiyeon has played a key role in major cross-border investments led by Korean entities across North America, Europe, and Asia, and regularly counsels financial institutions and Korean conglomerates on international disputes and regulatory investigations.
Huiyeon is a Registered Foreign Consultant (England & Wales). She is also qualified in the U.S. (Georgia). Huiyeon is a native Korean speaker.
