Hayden T. Steves advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including financings, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Hayden regularly represents developers, landowners, lenders, and borrowers in transactions spanning a wide range of asset classes, with significant experience working in the data center and digital infrastructure sectors. He also represents commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicers in complex loan portfolio transactions, including modifications, assumptions, note sales, forbearance agreements, discounted payoffs, foreclosures, and real estate owned dispositions.
