With experience in electrical engineering, Hayden Householder engages his technical knowledge to provide clients with strategic legal advice and innovative solutions. He works with businesses at multiple phases of maturity, from emerging companies seeking to establish a market presence to incumbent leaders scaling their operations and expanding their market reach.
At Baylor University, Hayden served as president of IEEE-HKN, the university’s undergraduate chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers honor society. His engineering background and legal acumen positions Hayden as a trusted adviser for clients addressing the nuances of technology transactions.
