Hayato is a legal project manager who helps develop and implement major projects that support the delivery of legal services.
Hayato Maeda draws on experience in eDiscovery and law firm administration to support data-informed workflow analysis. He applies a collaborative approach to legal project management methods and tools to improve communication and efficiency. Hayato uses principles such as planning, executing, monitoring schedules and budgets, and managing risk across the matter lifecycle.
