Harriet is a very experienced dispute resolution partner who acts for clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration.

Harriet Jones-Fenleigh focuses on complex commercial disputes and banking and finance litigation and arbitration.

She has over 17 years' experience in helping clients to navigate a wide range of high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters, including multi-billion pound litigation in the UK Supreme Court, group claims, cross-border corporate and commercial disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing. Many of the cases on which she works involve reputational risks, disputes in multiple jurisdictions and parallel investigations. She also has experience acting in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules, among others.

Harriet acts for corporates, banks, funds, and corporate trustees and across a variety of sectors, including finance, fintech and tech, metals, mining, commodities, aviation and energy.
