Greg guides clients through high-stakes decisions involving complex technology-related transactions, bringing more than 30 years of experience in business law.

Greg Mackay advises clients on IP licensing and ownership issues, technology transfer, product distribution, strategic alliances, joint ventures, and emerging company issues, as well as the research, development, and commercialization of technology. He also counsels clients on all phases of the technology procurement process.  

Greg has experience counseling clients on issues involving AI and machine learning, as well as privacy and data security, particularly involving technology use, licensing, and commercialization. He also assists clients in utility franchise and joint facility use matters. Greg often represents clients in the computer, internet, e-commerce, and energy industries.
