Introduction

Gina represents clients in commercial and securities litigation, including matters involving complex civil litigation and securities class actions.

Gina Buschatzke conducts legal research, drafts motions and components of pleadings, and participates in various phases of discovery. She has also vetted the merits of whistleblower claims for potential representation. 

While earning her J.D. from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Gina completed an externship with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois. In this role, she assisted in trial preparation, including conducting legal research and drafting memorandums.
