Genhi Givings Bailey works with other Ashurst Perkins Coie leaders and members of firm management to advance the firm’s long-held commitment to the values of diversity, inclusion, and opportunity for all, and to embed inclusive practices into all the ways the firm runs its business.
Previously, Genhi led the strategic diversity and inclusion efforts at another large law firm for more than 10 years.
Genhi believes that creating and fostering more inclusive and collaborative workplaces and communities is everyone's responsibility, and she consistently works to encourage people to learn more—and do more—to advance the principles of diversity, inclusion, and opportunity.
