Introduction

Prior to her retirement, Gail Runnfeldt represented numerous companies as primary outside counsel with respect to a variety of issues including contract interpretation and drafting, regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance issues. 

Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Gail was a partner with the Seattle firm of Karr Tuttle Campbell, P.S. (1986-2000), and an associate and partner with one of its predecessor firms, Sax and MacIver (1979-1986).
