Francesca Downes

Francesca is a partner in Ashurst's corporate transactions practice based in London. She has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private capital transactions. She focuses on global sponsors, institutional investors and management teams on complex acquisitions, exits and strategic platform investments across a range of sectors. Francesca has particular sector expertise in private equity, infrastructure and real estate driven transactions, including multi-jurisdictional structuring across the UK and Europe.
