For over 19 years Felicity has advised financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, creditors and directors on a wide range of complex litigious matters in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She regularly advises clients in all areas of commercial dispute resolution including regulatory enforcement and investigations involving the DPP, ASIC, ACCC, OAIC, AUSTRAC and FIRB. She also has significant experience and knowledge in respect of contentious issues arising in connection with M&A transactions, directors' duties, banking and finance, fraud, AML/CTF and insolvency.
