Introduction
Erik counsels clients from a broad range of industries, including those leading their respective fields in the aviation, online marketplace, technology, banking, and consumer products sectors.
Erik Kundu has experience defending clients in a variety of high-stakes litigation matters—from investigation to trial—but primarily represents clients in product liability disputes. He also advises clients on risk mitigation issues such as warnings, warranties, limitations of liabilities, and regulatory compliance.
In addition, Erik has experience with government contracts and related regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements, Export Administration Regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts.
Erik maintains an active appellate practice. He has successfully argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also filed briefs in state and federal appellate courts across the country, including in the Supreme Court of the United States.
