Introduction
Eric represents technology, sporting goods, and software companies in patent litigation cases in the U.S. International Trade Commission and district courts nationwide.
Eric Maas uses his aerospace engineering degree to analyze computer science, electrical engineering, and mechanical patents. He manages cases from their inception at the pre-suit investigation and negotiation stage, all the way through trial, including handling all aspects of motion practice, discovery and e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, and examining witnesses at trial.
Eric received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association and the Trial Team. Eric is also a member of the Order of Barristers and worked as a patent litigation summer associate for the firm.
