Introduction
Eric counsels clients on privacy issues, with an emphasis on the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Eric Diiulio has substantial experience with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, and biometric information privacy laws.
Eric drafts privacy policies, drafts and negotiates data processing addendums, comments on user experience flows, advises on responses to data subject requests, and helps clients design privacy compliance programs. He also performs privacy diligence, helps clients respond to privacy diligence requests, and drafts and negotiates privacy and cybersecurity representations and disclosures in financings and mergers in many different sectors.
