Introduction
Eric A. DeJong provided transactional, governance, and securities-related guidance to public and private companies for more than 30 years. Before his retirement from practice, Eric advised companies in a range of industries on M&As, representing both buyers and sellers in public-to-public, private-to-public, private-to-private, carve-out, and private equity transactions. He also worked with public companies on SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters.
