Emma Malone has been practicing across a broad range of finance transactions in the Australian and UK legal markets for nearly 20 years. Her principal areas of focus include securitization, structured finance, corporate finance, and leveraged and acquisition finance.
She advises clients across a range of asset classes in securitization and structured finance, including ABS, RMBS, trade receivables, insurance premium receivables, ESG assets, distressed debt portfolios, M&A securitization financing and Fintech securitization.
Emma is a member of the ASF Women in Securitization subcommittee.
