Emily represents corporate and individual clients from diverse industries in civil litigation in federal and state courts and in arbitration.
Emily Cooper has experience in complex commercial cases, including breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and securities enforcement proceedings. She also represents businesses in sensitive commercial disputes and advises on corporate law matters, with a strong presence in New York state and federal courts. Emily has handled all stages of litigation, including motion practice, e-discovery, depositions, mediation, and evidentiary hearings.
Dedicated to pro bono work, Emily has represented a wide range of clients in both federal and state courts across the country.
