Elena advises clients on a broad spectrum of workplace issues, from litigation to risk management.

Drawing on her experience in labor and employment law, Elena B. Roper represents clients through all stages of litigation. She defends employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour disputes, and restrictive covenants. Elena also advises clients on workplace matters, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; workplace investigations; employment and separation agreements; and policies aligned with current legal standards. 

Elena is committed to delivering practical, business-focused advice and proactive engagement. 

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Elena practiced at a national labor and employment firm, where she represented Fortune 500 companies, healthcare groups, and higher education institutions.
