- Boards of directors of distressed debtors in relation to their statutory and fiduciary duties
- Financial stakeholders facing distressed debtors at every level of the capital structure
- Insolvency Practitioners on both transactional and trading insolvencies in a wide variety of diverse sectors and geographies, including scenarios involving fraud
- Regulators, central banks and governments on multiple restructuring and/or and insolvency-related mandates relating to systemically important and/or regulated sectors, including in particular the financial services sector
