Introduction
With over 20 years in EU competition law, Denis is a trusted adviser to European corporates navigating complex antitrust and merger control challenges.
Denis Fosselard is a dual qualified lawyer (Brussels Bar and Rome Bar) and speaks French, English and Italian. His practice focuses on all aspects of EU antitrust law and has 20 years' experience in advising European corporates in relation to behavioral and merger control cases. He also has significant experience in assisting companies in State Aid investigations.
Denis regularly represents clients before both the European Commission and national competition authorities including the Italian competition authority. He represents clients also in litigation before the European Courts (GC, ECJ) and national courts.
