Introduction
Prior to his retirement, David Taylor had more than 35 years of experience as a trial lawyer and litigator defending clients in high-stakes criminal and civil fraud matters. A former assistant U.S. attorney and former chair of the firm's practice focused on white-collar matters and investigations, David led the defense of Fortune 200 corporations, other businesses, directors, officers, and employees in matters throughout the United States. These include white-collar criminal matters, SEC enforcement proceedings, False Claims Act litigation, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, securities and corporate governance litigation, and director and officer liability litigation.
