David Razzell has significant experience of a wide range of real estate work, including significant infrastructure projects, development agreements, acquisitions and disposals, residential development and real estate finance.
His clients include Transport for London, Wheelabrator Technologies, Fortum, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, Berkeley Homes, Lovell Partnerships and a wide range of other funders and developers.
He has particular knowledge on the real estate aspects of energy from waste, biomass and solar facilities and has advised on nationally significant infrastructure projects, including the £700 million Priority School Building Program and Crossrail, as well as on numerous large scale residential developments.
