David Charlier advises clients on a wide range of issues related to the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets, including utilities (both conventional and renewable power as well as water/wastewater), petrochemicals, oil and gas, ports, airports, education and transport.

He has more than 20 years' experience advising sponsors, lenders (including Islamic banks and export credit/multilateral agencies) and government institutions in the Middle East, Africa and Europe across the full range of the energy and infrastructure sectors.

David is qualified in England and Wales.
