Darcy’s experience spans office operations, workplace strategy, organizational initiatives, employee engagement, change management, and lawyer support with a focus on building collaborative and service-oriented environments that help evolving business needs. 

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the legal industry, combined with a background in hospitality leadership, Darcy brings a relationship-driven and solution-focused approach to operational management. She oversees legal secretarial support operations for partners across the firm, helping strengthen consistency, operational effectiveness, and service excellence within legal support teams. She is recognized for navigating complex operational environments, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and implementing practical solutions that align with firmwide goals and long-term strategy.
