Introduction
Danielle is a finance lawyer with transatlantic experience acting for lenders and borrowers, with a particular focus on fund financings across all asset classes.
Danielle Ledford advises borrowers and lenders on all aspects of fund finance, including subscription, NAV / asset-backed, secondaries and GP/co-invest facilities. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Danielle practiced in London at a Silver Circle law firm and in New York at a leading international law firm. Danielle was also a law clerk for the Hon. Peter J. Walsh (ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Danielle is admitted to practice in New York.
- Advised a global investment bank on a €250 million asset-backed facility to a Luxembourg ELTIF fund secured by a portfolio of public and private debt obligations,
- Advised a global investment bank on a £100 million secondaries NAV facility to an Irish ICAV secondaries fund.
- Advised a global multi-strategy investment manager on a €2.5 billion subscription facility to its latest flagship fund.
- Advised a global investment bank on a subscription facility of up to €300 million to the levered and unlevered sleeves of the latest vintage debt fund of a leading international fund manager.
- Advised a European investment manager on a £350 million asset-backed facility to its flagship infrastructure fund.
