Daniel Lau

Daniel specialises in debt related transactions such as structured and acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and syndicated loans. 

He has focused on China related deals and was based in Beijing from 2013 to 2017, during which he acted for financial institutions and corporates in structured deals and financings for outbound investment or acquisition by Chinese companies on large-scale, landmark transactions. His experience spans across a wide range of industries such as oil and gas, consumer products and real estate.
