Daniel advises clients on IP matters, focusing on trademark selection, prosecution, and enforcement.
Daniel Glenn works with companies, from startups to large organizations, on a range of IP and brand protection issues related to trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. He also has experience representing clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and routinely assists with IP due diligence for corporate transactional matters.
Daniel is experienced in managing international trademark portfolios for domestic and international clients across a diverse range of industries. He counsels clients on trademark clearance and risk assessment for company names, product names, slogans, and logo designs. He also helps companies develop and implement IP enforcement strategies to combat misuse and infringement in the United States and abroad.
