Introduction
A seasoned, culturally competent litigator, trial lawyer, and counselor, Craig delivers favorable outcomes for diverse clients across jurisdictions.
Craig Allely has broad industry experience representing privately held companies, multinational businesses, and public entities in energy, commercial real estate, finance, heavy industry, agri-environment, and land use. He has extensive experience in liability, credit, product liability, construction, farm-outs, and financial remedy negotiations and disputes.
Craig represents manufacturers in all aspects of liability matters, including product defect, warranty, breach of contract, construction, and financing-related disputes. He negotiates and enforces contracts, work-outs, modifications, and other credit arrangements. He works with funds, banks, trusts, and asset managers to secure and enforce credit agreements.
Craig oversees complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including class-action matters and cases spanning 17 states. He frequently resolves disputes arising in the European Union, Latin America, Australia, and Asia, and counsels clients on risk management, both contractual and noncontractual. When alternative dispute resolution does not meet client needs, Craig tries cases before juries, providing strategic courtroom guidance at both trial and appellate levels. A leading economic loss doctrine case in Colorado originated from one of his more than 20 jury trials.
Craig focuses on delivering pragmatic, innovative solutions to client problems for both established and emerging markets.
In civic engagement, Craig has spearheaded significant private conservation efforts, such as mitigation banks and wildlife rehabilitation reserves.
